SOUTHAMPTON

Norma S. (Raymond) Beaudry, age 84, of Southampton, passed away at home surrounded by her family on Monday, August 7, 2017. She was born in Lee MA, daughter of Hazel (Bruyette) Raymond and was educated in the local schools. Norma worked for many years with her late husband as a custodian for the City of Holyoke. She cherished her time with her family, and enjoyed watching the birds from her Sunroom. Norma was a longtime communicant of Blessed Sacrament Parish in Holyoke. Her husband, George P. Beaudry Jr. predeceased her in 2010. Norma is survived by two sons, Darryn Beaudry and wife Karen of Belchertown,  Marc Beaudry and wife Deborah of Westfield, two daughters, Christine Roy and husband Dan of West Springfield and Deborah Tarka and husband Walter of Southampton., and her “fifth” son, Raymond Hyjek of Southampton. She is also survived by five beloved grandchildren, Melissa Washburn and husband Adam, Stephanie Soucier and husband Douglas, Sarah Walsh and husband Martin, Kimberly Gallant and husband Kristopher, and Michael Beaudry. She also leaves her five cherished great-grandchildren. The funeral will be held Friday, August 11^th at 9:00 a.m. from the Barry J. Farrell Funeral Home, 2049 Northampton Street, Holyoke, followed by a Mass in Blessed Sacrament Church, 1945 Northampton St. Holyoke at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Notre Dame Cemetery, South Hadley.
