Phyllis C. (Authier) Tourville, age 82, of Holyoke, passed away on Saturday, April 29, 2017 at Holyoke Medical Center. She was born in Holyoke, daughter of the late Leon and Lottie (Krajewski) Authier and was educated in the Holyoke schools. Phyllis was employed at the Holyoke Head Start Program for many years, and was past president of the Women’s Auxiliary for the Holyoke Quoit Club. She is survived by her husband of sixty years, Roger D. Tourville, a son Michael Tourville of Holyoke, two daughters: Karen Fortier of Holyoke and Sandy Tourville of Chicopee; three grandchildren: Brandi Tourville, Annemarie Hannigan and husband Kevin, and Michael Fortier and wife Kaybeth; two great grandchildren: McKenzie and Logan Hannigan; two brothers: Robert Authier of Holyoke & Ron Authier and his wife Mayde Jo of Holyoke; and a sister-in-law Susan Authier. Phyllis was predeceased by a son Darren Tourville, a son-in-law Michael Fortier, and a brother Raymond Authier. The funeral will be held Thursday morning at 9:00am from the Barry J. Farrell Funeral Home, 2049 Northampton Street, followed by a Mass in Our Lady of the Cross Parish Church at 10:00am. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery, South Hadley.
