HOLYOKE

Richard A Doulette, age 84, of Holyoke, died on Tuesday, July 4, 2017 at his home.  He was born in Brockton, MA and was a graduate of Brockton High School.  He served with the United States Air Force during the Korean Conflict and later worked as a Firefighter for the City of Holyoke for many years.  Richard was predeceased by his wife, Joan F. (Lyons) Doulette, who died in 2014.  He is survived by a daughter, Catherine Goodwin of Rosamond, CA; his sons, John T. Doulette of the Philippine Islands, Timothy M. Doulette of Puerto Rico, Richard J. Doulette of Westfield, and Glenn E. Doulette of South Deerfield; his daughters-in-law, Sandra, Grisel, Deborah and Laurie; son-in-law Jeffery; his grandchildren, Chad, Charlotte, Lucia, Lauren, Brian and Joseph; two great-grandchildren, Langlee and Frances; and step grandchildren; Arsenio and Jasmine.  A private funeral will be held at the convenience of the family.  The Barry J. Farrell Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
