Roger A. Tellier

CHICOPEE:  Roger A. Tellier, of Chicopee, passed away Tuesday, April 3, 2018, on his 85th birthday, at Renaissance Manor in Holyoke.  He was born in Chicopee, son of the late Albert J. and Rose (Hamel) Tellier and was a graduate of the former Holyoke Trade School.  Roger was the proprietor of A-1 Roofing, where he retired from and later worked for Hampden Paper Company.  He was predeceased by his wife, Gail F. (Hohol) Tellier.  Roger is survived by his children, Mark Tellier and his wife Jill of Southampton, Beth Tellier of Chicopee and Francine Nichols and her husband Gary of Chicopee; four grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and a brother, Leo Paquin of Florida.  A Funeral Home Service will be held on Thursday, April 5, 2018 at 12:00 p.m. in the Barry J. Farrell Funeral Home, 2049 Northampton Street, Holyoke.  Burial will follow in Saint Rose DeLima Cemetery, Chicopee.  There are no calling hours.  The family requests to please omit flowers, and make donations to Parkinson's Foundation, 200 SE 1st Street, Suite 800, Miami, FL 33131.
