WESTFIELD
Rosemary (Lucey) Rozak, age 60, of Westfield, passed away on Tuesday, March 27, 2018 at her home surrounded by her family. She was born in Holyoke, daughter of the late John A. and Helen A. (Borlen) Lucey. Rosemary was a graduate of Holyoke High School and received her Associates Degree from Holyoke Community College. She retired in 2015 as a Supervisor from the Commonwealth of MA Department of Revenue. An excellent cook and baker, Rosemary also enjoyed sewing and skiing, but her real joy was spending time with her family. She was a communicant of Blessed Sacrament Church. Rosemary is survived by her husband of 42 years, Kenneth E. Rozak; a son, John A. Rozak and his wife Beth of Pittsfield; a daughter, Megan R. Rozak and her husband Nicholas Osborn of IN; two grandchildren, Sean and Emma; a brother, John J. Lucey and his wife Penny of Plymouth; and two sisters, Helen Meschke and her husband Carl and Maryanne O’Brien, all of Holyoke. The family wants to offer special thanks to Dr. Shapiro, Andrew Wolanski, Chris Leonard and the entire staff of Yawkey Sixth Floor. The Funeral will be held on Wednesday, April 4, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. from the Barry J. Farrell Funeral Home, 2049 Northampton Street, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. in Blessed Sacrament Church, 1945 Northampton Street, both in Holyoke. Burial will follow in St. Rose Cemetery, South Hadley.
