HOLYOKE:  On July 1, 2017, Delima Mary Collette left her beloved family, friends and cats to be with her Lord and Savior. “Dee”, as she preferred to be called, attended Bethany Assembly of God Church and enjoyed her women's bible study group. Dee had a great love for her cats and a greater empathy for any animal in need. Her family, who was her heart and soul, will miss her awesome meals, loving touch, as well as her MANY texts sent to you to help you get through the day. Dee was a graduate of Holyoke Community College and a longtime employee of Digital Equipment Corporation.  She joins her parents Gertrude and William Tyburski and brother David Tyburski who await her in Heaven. Dee leaves behind her loving and devoted husband, Arthur “Skip” Collette; her beloved children, Danielle Collette of Boston, MA, Tammy Trask and husband Brian of Milo, ME and Scott Cortis of Springfield, MA, She leaves her beloved siblings, Janet Lord and friend Chris Mastaj of Arundel, ME and South Hadley, MA, Brenda Perron of Chicopee, MA, Darlene Sanctuary and husband Jeff of Ellington, CT and William Tyburski and his wife Christine of Spfld, MA. Dee also leaves her beloved grandchildren: Timothy Driscoll and wife Ashley of Lancaster, MA; Laura Driscoll of Milo ME, Sarah Lemik and her husband Daniel of Lebanon, CT, Emily & Lukas Trask, Alyssa, Jordan and Jaiyden Cortis as well as four great grandchildren; Olivia Grace, Daniel Raymond and Ellie and Niko Cortis, Dee leaves her Aunt Elaine and Uncle Frank George of Vermont and several beloved friends.
