Dona M. (Cundiff) Hall

Dona M. (Cundiff) Hall, age 73, of Chicopee, passed away on Tuesday, November 5, 2019 at Mercy Medical Center in Springfield.  She was born in Holyoke, daughter of the late Amos and Constance (Roch) Cundiff and was a graduate of Holyoke High School.  Dona had worked for Sanderson MacLeod in Palmer as a machine operator and later as an inspector, retiring in 2012. She was an avid Bingo player. Dona was a member of United Methodist Church in South Hadley. She is survived by three sisters, Cynthia Buss of AZ, Linda Pelkey of ME, Anita Hall of Holyoke, a sister-in-law, Cindy Cundiff of Chicopee, many nieces and nephews, and her beloved dog, Angel.  Besides her parents, Dona was predeceased by her husband, Daniel F. Hall on September 2, 2016 and two brothers, Robert and Kenneth.  The Funeral will be held on Wednesday, November 13, 2019 at 1:15 p.m. from the Barry J. Farrell Funeral Home, 2049 Northampton Street, Holyoke, followed by a service at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of the MA Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 1390 Main Street, Agawam.  A calling hour will be held at the funeral home prior to the service from 12:15 to 1:15 p.m. In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made in memory of Dona to Thomas J. O’Connor Animal Control and Adoption Center, 627 Cottage Street, Springfield, MA 01104.
