Eduardo Alicea, age 55, of Holyoke, passed away suddenly Saturday November 16, 2019 at Baystate Medical Center. Eduardo was born in Manchester, New Hampshire, son of Marcelino Alicea and the late Carmen Maria Alicea. He was a parishioner of Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish. Eduardo was an avid reader and his happy manner will be missed by his family and friends. He is survived by his father, Marcelino Alicea; four children: Jacqueline Alicea, Elizabeth Alicea, Jesus Alicea, and Eddie Alicea; his grandchildren; his siblings: Rosalia Flores of Monson, Maria B. Vega of Holyoke, and Marcelino Alicea, Jr. of Houston, TX. The funeral will be held Thursday at 9:30am from the Barry J. Farrell Funeral Home, 2049 Northampton Street, Holyoke, followed by Mass in Immaculate Conception Church, 54 N Summer Street, Holyoke at 10:30am. Burial will be held in St. Jerome Cemetery. Calling hours are Wednesday November 20 from 4:00 to 7:00pm.
