Frederick Surprenant

HOLYOKE:  Frederick Surprenant, age 59, of Holyoke, passed away suddenly on June 3, 2019. He was born in Springfield, son of Alcide and Lois (Griffin) Surprenant.  A longtime parishioner of Blessed Sacrament Church, Frederick is survived by his wife Wendy (Savard) Surprenant. He was a laundry aide at Mount Saint Vincent for many years.  The Funeral will be held on Friday, June 7, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. from the Barry J. Farrell Funeral Home, 2049 Northampton Street followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. in Blessed Sacrament Church, 1945 Northampton Street, Holyoke.  Burial will follow in St. Rose Cemetery, South Hadley. Calling hours will be held prior to the funeral from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
