Genevieve A. (Grabowski) Milos

HOLYOKE:  Genevieve A. "Ginger" (Grabowski) Milos, age 95 passed into the Lord's arms on August 31, 2018.  She died peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family. Ginger was born and raised in Holyoke. She attended Mater Dolorosa and Holyoke High Schools.  She was a member of Our Lady of the Cross Church. She was a dedicated homemaker who loved sewing, gardening, camping, hosting large family dinners and going to the beach. Ginger was the daughter of Frank M. Grabowski and Mary V. Syrek.  In death she joins her predeceased husband of 53 years, Theodore "Teddy", her son Bruce, her parents Frank and Mary along with her siblings Helen Bunick, Josephine Sarna and Frank Grabo. Ginger is survived by her daughter Marcia Gobeil and son in law Paul of Deerfield and her cherished grandson Dennis Gobeil of Holyoke.  She also leaves behind many beloved nephews and nieces. The family would like to thank Western Mass Elder Care especially the Nutrition/Meals on Wheels program and the Holyoke VNA/Hospice Program. All Services will be private. Donations in her honor may be made to the WMEC Nutrition Program at 4 Valley Mill Road, Holyoke, MA 01040.
