SUPPLY, NC:  Gerard A. “Jerry” Provost, Jr., beloved husband, father, artist, son and brother; his circle of four is broken, passed away suddenly on Thursday, August 31, 2017.  An accomplished artist, he had his own art studio, was a wonderful gourmet chef and “loved life”. Jerry honorably served in the United States Army. He is survived by his wife of 20 years, Sarah J. Provost, a daughter, Isabelle R. Provost and a son Brendan R. Provost, all of Supply, NC; his mom, Doris (Bouchard) Yebernetsky and Alan Keeler of West Springfield; his father, Gerard A. Provost, Sr. of Belchertown; a brother, Brian Yebernetsky of West Springfield; a sister, Lisa Dulude of Palmer, and many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews. The Funeral will be held Thursday at 9:00 a.m. from the Barry J. Farrell Funeral Home, 2049 Northampton Street followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. in Blessed Sacrament Church, 1945 Northampton Street, both in Holyoke. Burial will be private. Calling hours will be held Wednesday, September 6, 2017 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m.
