Mary Margaret Kucharavy

HOLYOKE:  Mary Margaret (Lutz) Kucharavy, age 98, of Holyoke, formerly of Syracuse, New York, passed away peacefully Friday, July 26, 2019 at Mont Marie Health Care Center in Holyoke. Margaret was predeceased by her husband Milton in 1965.  She was a teacher and school administrator for over 30 years who enjoyed her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She is survived by her son, Robert and three daughters, Janet, Mary and Chris.  She was a loving mother who enjoyed baking, cooking, sewing and especially traveling.  She did it her way all the way! The funeral will be held Tuesday, August 6, 2019 at 11:00am from the Barry J. Farrell Funeral Home, 2049 Northampton Street, followed by Mass in Blessed Sacrament Church at 11:30am. A calling hour will be held prior from 10:00 to 11:00am. The burial will take place Saturday August 10 at 11:00am in St. John’s Cemetery, Syracuse, New York.
