Michael J. Bolko, 60, of Westford, passed away on Sunday May 5, 2019 at his home.  He was born in Holyoke, son of Michael J. Bolko Sr. and Mary Lou (McNairn) Bolko, and was a graduate of Holyoke High School.  Michael also attended Holyoke Community College and the University of Massachusetts Amherst, earning a Bachelor of Science degree.  A dedicated employee, Michael was an Environmental Health and Safety Manager at Entegris for over 18 years.  A loving father and husband, Michael enjoyed his time with family hiking, gardening and traveling.  Highlights include his trip with daughter Marin to Japan to climb Mt. Fuji and family trips to Yosemite, Washington and Europe.  A religious sports fan, he supported the Patriots and Red Sox through good times and bad – overjoyed when the Sox won in 2004.  Michael is survived by his wife of 24 years, Maika (Dueitt) Bolko; his loving daughters Marin and Maia; sisters: Patricia Beauchemin and husband David of Holyoke, Karen Wilkinson and husband Gary of Belchertown, Susan Carmel and husband Bob of Easthampton and Kelly Przekopowski and husband Jeff of Holyoke; in laws: Olga Cox of Walpole, Jeffry Cox and wife Kristin of Waltham, Nicole Cox and husband Par Hendrickson of Tucson, AZ; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. The funeral will be held Monday May 13^th at 12:00pm from the Barry J. Farrell Funeral Home, 2049 Northampton Street, Holyoke, MA followed by Mass at 12:30pm in Blessed Sacrament Church, 1945 Northampton Street, Holyoke. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family. Calling hours are Monday morning from 10:00am to 12:00pm.
