Michele Pine Obituary

Michele Ann (Lamagdeleine) Pine, passed peacefully surrounded by her loving family at UMASS Memorial Medical Center after complications from esophageal cancer. Born in Holyoke Mass, she grew up with her 2 sisters, Danielle and Lissette, brother Matthew, and mother Joyce. At age 17 Michele, by mistake, ran into her soulmate whom she would spend the rest of her life with. Michele met David Pine on the West Springfield town green while walking her two malamutes. After knowing each other for a while, they moved to Florida to live in an apartment on the beach. Michele worked an abundance of jobs, in Florida, and Maine (where her and David lived for roughly 13 years), but ended up settling down in Massachusetts where they bought their first house from Dave's parents in 1990. In this house they raised their two children Zachary and Jacob. Michele worked at the Republican in Springfield for the rest of her days where she met a lot of great friends whom would stick by her side until the end. Michele leaves behind her two sons, Zachary and Jacob, both of Westfield, sister Danielle of Springfield, brother Matthew of West Springfield, sister Lissette of Arkansas, and many nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her loving husband of 33 years David Pine whom the two are reunited once again. There will be a celebration of life to remember the life of this wonderful woman on Sunday July 21st at Rain Nightclub and Lounge from 4-10. Please bring a dish of dinner sorts.
