HOLYOKE

Neil Paul Lawrence, Jr., age 63, of Holyoke, formerly of West Springfield, passed peacefully and surrounded by family on Thursday, October 3rd. He was born in Holyoke, MA, son of Margaret (Moriarty) Lawrence and the late Neil P. Lawrence. He was a devout Catholic with a passion for music and loved spending time with his family. He is survived by his loving ex-wife Louise (Torlaschi) Lawrence; two sons, Neil P. Lawrence III and his wife Irina, and Nicholas L. Lawrence and his wife Lauren; four grandsons, Jonah, Niko, Asher, Brady and another on the way; four siblings, Eileen (Lawrence) Regan, Mary Lawrence, Amy (Lawrence) Fitzgerald and Erik Lawrence. He also leaves behind many aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews, nieces, godchildren and friends. Calling hours are private. There will be a Mass of Christian Burial at Blessed Sacrament Church (1945 Northampton St) at 11:30 on Tuesday, October 8th. Private burial to follow.
