Robert Sokolowski, 68, passed away September 10, 2018. Bob was the loving husband of 48 years to Jean Sokolowski. He was the amazing father to Tina Kulon and her husband Jeff, Bobby, Jenny, Mikie, Joey and his fiancé Ashley, and Ryan. He was “Jaju” to Carissa, Branden, Gabi, Kayla, Ava, Kaylee, McKenzie, Liam, and Gabe. He leaves behind his sister Ruth Lassalle, sisters-in-law Carol Veto, and Cathy Ross, as well as several nieces and nephews. Bob was a roofer for 40+ years. When he wasn’t hard at work, he loved playing games, taking rides, and enjoying the company of the love of his life Jean. He was selflessly devoted to his family, loved to laugh, and enjoyed watching the Red Sox. Most importantly, he was the proud owner of four dogs Connor, Shea, Waffle, and Toby. Calling hours will be held Sunday, September 16th from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. at the Barry J. Farrell Funeral Home, 2049 Northampton Street, Holyoke. Burial will be private.
