Shirley G. Turschman

Shirley G. (Kurth) Turschman, age 97, of East Longmeadow, passed away on Sunday, September 29, 2019. She is survived by a son, Richard W. Turschman and a daughter, Carol T. Sargent and their families. Shirley was predeceased by her husband, James A. Turschman, her parents, William M. and Minnie A. (Koehler) Kurth, and her sister, June K. Hermansen. Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 5th from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm at the Barry J. Farrell Funeral Home, 2049 Northampton Street, Holyoke. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in honor of Shirley to Dakin Humane Society, 171 Union Street, Springfield, MA 01105.
