Solange Therese (Bolduc) LaBelle

Solange Therese “Sally” (Bolduc) LaBelle, age 94, of Holyoke, passed away peacefully surround by her daughters, on Tuesday, December 3, 2019 at Mont Marie Health Care Center.  She was born in Willimansett, daughter of the late Ovila and Emilda (Belanger) Bolduc and attended Chicopee Schools.  Sally was the widow of Andre S. LaBelle, Jr., who died in March of 1989.  She is survived by a son, Roger LaBelle and his wife Shirley of VT, five daughters, Muriel Bolduc and husband Daniel of Granby, Therese “Terry” Vallee and her partner Bob Palazzi of West Springfield, Ann Boissonneault of Chicopee, Sallie Sawin and her husband Richard of Montague and Mona Halket and her husband Ross of Holyoke, two brothers, George Bolduc of Westfield and Robert Bolduc of Chicopee, one sister, Rita Grandmont of Springfield, 16 grandchildren, several great grandchildren and one great great grandson.  Besides her parents and her husband Solange was predeceased by a son, Raymond LaBelle, a son-in-law, Richard Boissonneault, and five sisters, Lucienne Forcier, Claudine Asselin, Uldira LaMoth,, Germaine Beaulieu and Laurette Boudreau and three brothers Reginald, Lucien, and Urgele.  The family would like to thank the second floor staff at Mount Marie Health Care Center, for their thoughtfulness, kindness and generous hearts. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Monday, December 9, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. in Blessed Sacrament Church, 1945 Northampton Street.  Burial will be at the convenience of the family.  Calling hours will be held on Sunday, December 8th from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. at the Barry J. Farrell Funeral Home, 2049 Northampton Street, Holyoke.  In lieu of flowers donations may be made in memory of Sally to Ascend Hospice, 100 Locke Dr, Marlborough, MA 01752, or The American Cancer Society, 330 Whitney Ave. #420, Holyoke MA 01040.
