Sending my deepest sympathy to Bill's family. Bill was a friendly guy and he always made it a point to see hello and ask how my boyfriend and I were doing. Always a smile when we saw him. May God be with you through this difficult and sad time.

Neighbor and friend,
Pat Barrett

Message from Mr. and Mrs. Dave Sondgeroth of Ripley, TN

Jeanenne and I both had the pleasure of working with Bill via our work at Marvin Windows and Doors of TN. It was always great to catch up with what was going on in all of our lives when ever we spoke to him. Jeanenne and I have both retired from Marvin of TN but wanted to share our deep appreciation for Bill's easy going attitude. We, like the others who knew him, will miss him.

Bill was truly bigger than life, and he made the best out of each moment. Bill was well respected by everyone he worked with at Integrity, Marvin, his dealer network and his A.W. Hastings family. Bill loved his job and those that he worked with. He had a special bond with each one of them.

I had the pleasure of working with Bill for almost 10 years and it has been a honor knowing him personally and calling him a friend. Bill took pride in talking about his daughter Marissa - it was obvious that she meant the world to him. During the election, Bill and I were traveling together and he forward me a post that Marissa had posted on social media. Bill’s text to me was “in some way I find it a milestone moment, my little girl has a political opinion”. He was a very proud father.

I am going to miss giving him a hard time about his herringbone luggage as well as his random texts just to check in.

Fly high my friend.

My deepest sympathy to Marissa, Kim, and all of Bill's family and friends. May you find strength from the love and support of each other during this very difficult time. The Grays and Cadieuxs were neighbors and close friends on Homestead Ave. for so many years. I saw Bill in May ,after probably 30 + years, when he attended my mom's wake. He talked about "catching up" some time, as it has been so long since the Grays and Cadieuxs have seen each other. Bill, it looks like we will have to catch up another time in another place. Everything I've heard and everything I've read tells me you were a pretty amazing guy. An amazing guy whose life was cut way too short. Rest In Peace Neighbor... until we meet again. 😔
