Andrew Stephen Orsini, 35, of Chicopee, formerly of Holyoke, MA, passed away unexpectedly on August 25, 2025. Born on May 4, 1990, in Holyoke, Andrew grew up with a strong spirit and a deep sense of loyalty that carried into every part of his life. He proudly served his country in the United States Army, where he formed lifelong bonds with his brothers and sisters in uniform. His service reflected his courage, dedication, and love for others. Andrew will be remembered for his strength, humor, and unwavering heart. He loved spending time with his dogs, staying active through fitness, reading, and watching sports. More than anything, he cherished every moment spent with his family. He is survived by his loving mother, Suzanne Orsini; his sisters, Jennifer Mercer and her husband Chris, and Meaghan Sanchez and her husband Omar; his cherished niece and nephew, Sophia and Noah Sanchez; and his loyal dogs, Odin and Sasha. He was predeceased by his father, Stephen Orsini, and his beloved dog Bella, who now waits for him on the other side. Family and friends are invited to attend calling hours on Wednesday, September 3, 2025, from 4:00–7:00 PM. Andrew’s funeral will be held Thursday, September 4, 2025, at 9:15 AM at Blessed Sacrament Church, followed by burial with military honors at the Massachusetts Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Agawam. Flowers may be sent, and memorial donations may be made in Andrew’s name to the Wounded Warrior Project. Andrew will be deeply missed, but his memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who loved him. Until Valhalla.
