Ann Marie (Stolba) LaMontagne

Ann Marie (Stolba) LaMontagne, age 78, of Wilbraham, passed away peacefully on Friday, March 6, 2020 in East Longmeadow.  She was born in Middletown, CT daughter of the late Otto and Helen (Dudek) Stolba.  Ann Marie was a graduate of Commerce High School in Springfield and received her Associates Degree from Bay Path Junior College in Longmeadow.  She was a Secretary at Wilbraham & Monson Academy for over 32 years until her retirement and was a longtime member of St. Paul’s Methodist Church in Ludlow.  Besides her parents, Ann Marie was predeceased by her husband, Robert J. LaMontagne on February 1, 2020.  She is survived by her children, Glen LaMontagne and his wife Christine of Wilbraham; a daughter, Michele Coughlin and her husband Michael of Middletown, CT; five grandchildren:  Ashley DiSanti, Collin LaFramboise, Tyler LaMontagne, Alyssa LaMontagne and Ryan Coughlin. A Funeral Home Service will be held on Friday, March 13, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. in the Barry J. Farrell Funeral Home, 2049 Northampton Street, Holyoke.  Burial will follow in Island Pond Cemetery in Ludlow.  Calling hours will be held on Thursday, March 12, 2020 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m.  Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Ann Marie to Alzheimer’s Association, 264 Cottage Street, Springfield, MA 01104.
