Christine (Schultz) Choquette

With heavy hearts, the family of Christine (Schultz) Choquette announces her passing on October 5, 2020 after a six-year battle against Parkinson’s Disease. She leaves behind her father, Robert Schultz and his wife Debbie Burzdak and her mother, Margaret (Roach) Warrington. Christine was born and raised in Westfield, MA and graduated from Westfield High School in 1977. Christine was a loving and caring mother. She is survived by her daughters: Taylor and Lauren; her husband Jack Choquette; her siblings: Cindy (Schultz) Johnstone, Linda (Schultz) Texeira, Edward Schultz, and John Madrid; and her nieces and nephews. Her family would like to thank the staff at Holyoke Medical Center for their care and compassion for Christine. A private service was held for her family on October 10, 2020. The Barry J. Farrell Funeral Home handled the arrangements.
