Dave Lee Blake 55, of Chicopee, MA passed away on Monday, December 9, 2024, at home. He was born on October 29, 1969 in Holyoke son of the late Tom and Shirley Blake. He worked as a Forklift Operator at WestRock. He had a passion for the great outdoors, especially fishing and kayaking with his dog Ruby. He was predeceased by both his parents and his brother Danny Forrett. Dave is survived by the love of his life of 37 years, Roxanne Cramer of Chicopee MA, his daughter Amanda Blake of Chicopee, his daughter Suzanne and son-in-law Tieuleor Theroux of NH, and his son Dave Blake II, of Chicopee, MA., two grandsons: Tieuleor and Jett Theroux; two brothers, Dennis Peck and Dean Blake, and many nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Saturday December 14 from 10:00am to 12:00pm in the Barry J. Farrell Funeral Home, 2049 Northampton Street, Holyoke, followed by burial in Precious Blood Cemetery, South Hadley.
