David Roger Hough, 68, of Holyoke, passed away unexpectedly at home on the evening of October 8, 2025. David was born in Holyoke, son of the late Donald Hough and Dorothy (Peck) Gillmane. David served in the United States Navy after high school. David worked as a CNC machinist for many years. David sadly was predeceased by his daughter Amy Hough. He is survived by his loving wife of 47 years Donna (Carter) Hough; his children Erica (Hough) Cestero and her husband Eddie of South Hadley, MA and Christopher Hough and his longtime partner Stacy Potito of Tampa Fl. He is also survived by his cherished grandchildren who brought so much joy to his life, Ethan, Nolan, Gavin (Morin), Eli, Caleb and Dominic (Cestero), Madison and Samantha Tenczar, and great granddaughter Ava. David also leaves behind his siblings, Debbie, Darlene, Dwayne, Donna, Diana and their spouses, as well as many nieces, nephews and friends. Calling hours will be held on Sunday October 19 from 2:00 to 5:00 pm at Barry J. Farrell Funeral Home, 2049 Northampton Street, Holyoke. Burial will be held at a later date.
