Donald P Sexton

Donald P. Sexton 54, of Chicopee, MA., passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, December 24th. He was born on November 12, 1965 in Holyoke, MA., to Rita and the late Eric Sexton Sr.. Donald had a kind soul, loved cooking and had a great sense of humor. He enjoyed being part of a large family and attending family functions and gatherings. Donald was a proud father of his two sons Danny and Aidan and loved having them around. He would refer to them as "the boys". Donald owned his own roofing company after many years of working alongside his brothers at Sexton Roofing Company.  He will be deeply missed by his family and friends. Donald was predeceased by his father Eric Sexton Sr., his brother in-law Gil Fallon and his loving nephew Everett Sexton Jr. Donald is survived by the two loves of his life, "the boys" Danny and Aiden and their mother Eileen. His mother Rita, who was always there for him. His sisters, Marilyn Fallon and Erica Leahy. His brothers, Eric and his wife Mary, Gary and his wife Kathy, Everett and his partner Amy, Glen and his wife Tracie, Sean and his wife Jessica and many nieces and nephews. As we don't know why God took you from us so quickly but we will always cherish the moments we had together forever and think of you often with all of our love. Calling hours will be held Friday January 3 from 4:00 to 7:00pm in the Barry J. Farrell Funeral Home, 2049 Northampton Street. Burial is private and at the convenience of the family.
