Erica J. (Edwards) Parker, age 64, passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by her loving family, on August 18, 2024. Erica was born in London, England daughter of Andrew Patrick David Edwards and Veronica Silvia June (Spong) Edwards. She was a Program Director for many years at ServiceNet and a volunteer for the Special Olympics. Erica is survived by her beloved husband Todd L. Parker; five children: Shannondore Johnson and her husband Wesley of South Hadley; Shane Stebbins of Granby, Shawn Stebbins of Cummington, Joshua Parker of Ft. Drum, NY, and Shilo Parker and his wife Chaney Hughs of Kentucky; five grandchildren: Kyle Johnson, Brent Johnson, Dylan Barnes, Greyson Batchelor, and Brayden Stebbins; four siblings: Patricia “Patsy” Edwards Deering, John Edwards, Jayne Edwards, and Mandy Edwards; and many nieces and nephews. The Barry J. Farrell Funeral Home in Holyoke is handling arrangements.
