Hector Esparra, Jr.

Hector Esparra, age 55, of Westfield, passed away, Friday, November 5, 2021 at his home.  He was born in Bronx, NY and was educated in Holyoke, MA; he was the son of Hector Esparra, Sr. and the late Cecilia Navarro. Hector previously worked for Laminated Paper and Pizzeria Uno. An avid Yankee fan, Hector loved fishing, listening to club house music, and watching Bruce Lee and Godzilla movies. Hector enjoyed being with family and friends, and the time spent together making memories, and telling jokes and stories that will last forever. He is survived by his daughter, Elizabeth of Holyoke; his granddaughter, Sofia; his grandmother Aurora Navarro of Florida; his sisters, Lizenia Montanez of Springfield and Marisel DelValle of Springfield; his brothers: Orlando Esparra of Florida, Javier Esparra of Florida, and Heriberto (Alex) Montanez of Florida; as well as many friends and extended family members including Nicole Atherton. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Home Service for Hector on Monday, November 15, 2021 at 11:00 am at the Barry J. Farrell Funeral Home, 2049 Northampton Street, Holyoke. A calling hour will be held prior to the service from 10:00 to 11:00 am. Burial will be private.
