Jeannette Gaughran

Jeannette Gaughran, age 74, passed away peacefully on Wednesday August 18, 2021. Jeannette was born in Jersey City, New Jersey daughter of the late William and Antoinette (Baccary) Gaughran. Jeannette was a Secretary at Blue Cross Blue Shield for 52 years before her retirement. She is survived by her longtime partner, Miguel Rivera of Holyoke; four step-children: Alida Rivera of Holyoke, Richard Rivera of Connecticut, Elizabeth Rivera of Holyoke, and Mike Rivera of Florida; two brothers: Bob Gaughran of New Jersey, and Richard Gaughran of Florida; and many nephews and friends. Visitation for Jeannette will be held on Monday August 23 from 4:00 to 7:00pm in the Barry J. Farrell Funeral Home, 2049 Northampton Street. A Funeral Service will take place on Tuesday August 24 at 11am in the funeral home followed by burial in Forestdale Cemetery West, Rock Valley Road, Holyoke.
