Jeremy John Olech

Jeremy John Olech, age 39, passed away Sunday January 17, 2021 at Baystate Medical Center after a brief illness, surrounded by his loving family. Jeremy was born in Holyoke, son of Jo-Ann (Gladu) Olech and the late John Olech, and was a graduate of Horizon Academy. Jeremy held many interests and tried different jobs and hobbies over the years and was very proud of his role as Admin of the U.S. Bottle Diggers & Collectors Association. He was predeceased by his father, John “Jack” Olech in 2008. He is survived by his mother, Jo-Ann “Jody” (Gladu) Olech; three siblings: Jamie Mason and her husband Christopher; Stephanie Olech-Carriveau and her husband David; and Chad Olech, all of Chicopee. He also leaves his beloved niece and nephew Julie and Vincent Mason, his best little buddy Sophia, and his two dear dogs Lola and Chico. Visitation for Jeremy will be held at the Barry J. Farrell Funeral Home, 2049 Northampton Street, Holyoke, MA on Thursday January 21 from 4:00 to 7:00pm. A family service will be held on Thursday at 6:45pm.
