Joyce Carrington

HOLYOKE

Joyce Carrington, age 76, passed away April 7, 2022 at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield. Joyce was born in Northampton, Massachusetts daughter of the late William G. and Marguerite (Dufree) Carrington, sister to Roger G. Carrington and his wife Joyce of Chicopee, Ron Carrington, and James Carrington, and Aunt to many nieces and nephews. Joyce was part of the Western Mass. Training Consortium. She was a delivery person for Meals on Wheels, a member of First Baptist Church in Holyoke, and the Holyoke YMCA. She also leaves her beloved friends Dolores, Bill, Barbara, Barbara, Tana, and caretakers from WMass Training Consortium, Community Options and the Behavioral Health Network. A service will be held on Friday April 15 at 11:00am in the Barry J. Farrell Funeral Home, 2049 Northampton Street, Holyoke followed by burial in Hillcrest Park Cemetery, Springfield. Calling hours are Friday from 9:00 to 11:00am.
