Kathryn Mary (Moore) Croteau

Kathryn Mary (Moore) Croteau, 68, of Chicopee, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, April 5, 2021 at her home. She was born in Holyoke, daughter of the late James J. and Mary Ellen (O’Connell) Moore and was a 1971 graduate of Holyoke Catholic High School. Kathy had worked at Providence Hospital and Appleton Corporation before moving to Boynton Beach, Florida, where she lived for twelve years. When she returned from Florida, Kathy resumed her career as a Property Manager for Appleton and was still employed there at the time of her death. She attended Mass at Sacred Heart Church in Springfield. Kathy was predeceased by her husband, Vincent R. Croteau, on February 27, 2014. She is survived by a brother, Daniel J. Moore and his wife Mary Jo of South Hadley; two nephews: DJ Moore and his wife Melanie, and Ryan Moore and his wife Heather, as well as her grandnephews: Nolen, Keaton and Ezra, and a close step-daughter, Misty Croteau. Services will be announced at a later date. Barry J. Farrell Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
