Keyshawn Hill Feeley, age 22, passed away suddenly on October 20, 2023 at Baystate Medical Center after an unexpected medical incident. Born on February 26, 2001, Keyshawn was raised in West Springfield by his beloved parents Michele and David Feeley. He attended West Springfield Schools his entire life and graduated from West Springfield High School in 2020.
Keyshawn could often be found hiking the trails of Western Mass or sitting at a campfire by the river. He loved to camp at the Ski Club with his many cousins, uncles and aunts who adored him. Keyshawn worked hard tending to docks, tuning up his car and fixing things for others. He loved to spend time with his friends and was always up for hanging out. He was so proud of achieving his Class A Commercial Driver’s License and of his work driving up and down the northeast.
Yet, what defined Keyshawn most was his profound and unwavering love for his family. He loved his mother with all his heart and always made sure her car was clean and her clothes were stylish and blue. Every Veterans and Memorial Day he was honored to walk with his father flagging graves. His favorite time of year was the week he and his family spent at Hampton Beach where he spoiled his nieces Piper, Peyton, Teagan, Anaid, Grace, and Ava and his nephew Teddy. He also loved to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day weekend with his siblings and their spouses.
In addition to his parents, he leaves behind his sisters Megan Bajor and her husband Todd, Shannon Buczek and her husband Barry, Karen Feeley-DeMaio and her wife Decia, and his brothers DJ Feeley and Rayqwaun Stupelis-Feeley. He also leaves behind Eddie Hill and his family. He shares an unbreakable bond with his brother, Ray, who was more than just a sibling; he was Keyshawn’s other half.
A gentle and quiet soul, Keyshawn embodied pure goodness. He lit up the lives of those around him with his contagious smile, and the memory of his boundless kindness will forever serve as a reminder of the good that exists in the world.
Calling hours will be held for Keyshawn at the Barry J. Farrell Funeral home, 2049 Northampton Street, Holyoke, on Saturday, October 28, 2023 starting at 3:00 pm. A Memorial Service to celebrate his life will begin at 5:30 pm. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the “Keyshawn Hill Feeley Memorial Fund” at Freedom Credit Union, 58 Union St., West Springfield, MA 01089.
