Laureen (Bombard) Taillefer, age 54, of Holyoke, peacefully passed away on Sunday, August 30, 2020 at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield. She was born in Holyoke, a daughter of Mary Ellen (Philpott) Bombard, and was a 1984 graduate of South Hadley High School. In addition to her mother, Laureen is survived by her husband, Timothy; their sons, Thomas and Dylan; her brother, James Bombard and wife Wendi. Her sisters: Rachel Gafney and husband David, Amy Bombard, Bridget Choo and husband Ken; her nieces and nephews: Alyssa, Amanda, Michael, Mary Ellen and Jackson; her great nephew and nieces, Jourden, Emma and Adison. Her In-laws; Jean and David Irwin, Ginger, Todd and his fiancé Sarah and Tracy Taillefer. As well as many other aunts, uncles, cousins, friends anyone who had the opportunity to know her. Laureen was very proud of and cherished her relationships created through the “Miracles” cleaning business. She enjoyed cooking, gardening, spending time relaxing in the pool listening to Al Green and uniting family for the holidays or for any occasion. And most importantly she was a loving and doting mother. Calling hours will be held on Saturday, September 5th from 2 to 5 pm at the Barry J. Farrell Funeral Home, 2049 Northampton Street.
