Linda Dondley

Linda (Champagne) Dondley, age 72, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Monday March 9, 2020. Linda was born in Holyoke, daughter of the late Albert A. and Cecile R. (Roy) Champagne and was a 1965 graduate of South Hadley High School. She was the owner and hairdresser at the Clip Joint Creative Designs and The Hair Place for many years and a parishioner of St. Patrick Church. Linda and her husband were avid golfers and were once members at Ledges Golf Club in South Hadley. She was predeceased by her husband, Paul B. Dondley in 2015, and her son, Billy Ansanitis in 2019. She is survived by her son David Ansanitis and his wife Stefanie; two grandchildren: Andrew and Ethan Ansanitis; and a brother, Albert A. Champagne, Jr. of Florence, MA. Linda was also predeceased by a sister-in-law, Jean Champagne. The funeral will be held Monday March 16 at 8:45am from the Barry J. Farrell Funeral Home, 2049 Northampton Street, Holyoke, followed by Mass in St. Patrick Church at 10:00am. Burial will take place in St. Rose de Lima Cemetery in Aldenville.
