Lisa Mahoney of Holyoke, MA passed away peacefully on February 3, 2026 surrounded by her loving family. A lifelong resident of Holyoke, Lisa was deeply devoted to her family. She is survived by her beloved husband of almost 50 years, Harold, her children Ryan Mahoney, Brenna Mahoney, Christopher Mahoney, and Kellie Fontaine, and her 3 grandchildren Madison, Ava, and Bryant. She is also survived by her sister Michele Cantin, her brother Steven Sicard, and her lifelong best friend Renee Freniere. She was a devoted dog mom to her dachshunds Emmie and Ellie. She found joy in the simple pleasures of life- harvesting oysters and hosting cherished family lobster nights in Wellfleet, playing pitch, and spending quiet moments bird watching. A celebration of life will be held at Barry J. Farrell Funeral Home in Holyoke, MA on Wednesday, February 11, 2026. Calling hours 9:30-11:00AM, followed by a funeral service at 11:00AM. Burial will take place afterward at Forestdale West, Holyoke. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to the Colorectal Cancer Alliance.
