Mark S. Delphia, age 70, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, June 24, 2025 at home. He was born in Holyoke; a son of the late Leslie and Marguerite (Dellapenna) Delphia and was a graduate of the former Holyoke Trade School and then served in the United States Army. Mark worked as an apprentice electrician at Falcetti & Clark and later Springfield Photomount before a nearly 40 year career at the Holyoke DPW. Mark enjoyed traveling with his wife and family and was a music lover.

He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Joanne B. (Cappella) Delphia; his siblings: Joan Savage, Donald Delphia, Beverly Brouillette, Carla Veilleux, Sharon Valles, and Matthew Delphia; and many in-laws on Joanne’s side of the family. He was predeceased by two sisters, Marie Arnold and Patricia Uhl. All services were private. The Barry J. Farrell Funeral Home handled the arrangements.
