Mary A. (Regan) Smith

Mary A. (Regan) Smith, age 85, passed away on October 27, 2019 in Grayslake, IL. She was born in Salem, MA, a daughter of the late Anthony and Catherine (Cronin) Regan, and graduated from South Hadley High School in 1952. Mary spent many years living in South Hadley; she was a communicant of St. Theresa’s Parish and a member of the Orchards Golf Club. Mary and her husband William T. Smith married in 1955, and he predeceased her in 2013. She is survived by her daughter, Kathleen Greenwood, of Grayslake, IL., two grandchildren: Samantha and Jason, and many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to gather for Mary’s Mass of Christian Burial on Tuesday, August 4th at 11:15 am at St. Patrick’s Church, 30 Main Street, South Hadley, MA. Burial will be private and there are no calling hours.
