 Matthew Gerald Wright, age 48, died at home January 4, 2025. Matthew was born in Holyoke, son of the late Gerald and Mary Anne (Quinn) Wright, and was a graduate of Dean Technical High School. Matt last worked in the Department of Environmental Services at Baystate Medical Center. He is survived by a daughter, Kayla Wright of West Springfield; a brother, Chris Wright and his wife Teri; and a sister Cindy Wright-Santiago, and his nephews Jonathan, Quinn, Daniel, and Anthony. Visitation will be held on Friday January 17 from 4:00 to 7:00pm in the Barry J. Farrell Funeral Home, 2049 Northampton Street, Holyoke. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family.
