Patricia A. Acker, age 66, of Indian Orchard passed away on Sunday, January 25, 2026 at Baystate Medical Center. She was born in Holyoke daughter of Carol (Twinning) Clarke of Westfield and the late Roland Dejordy. Patricia was a homemaker, choosing to stay home and care for her children. She is survived by her husband, Nelson J. Acker; two daughters, Heather L. Burgos of Bronx, NY and Elizabeth Acker of Springfield, as well as six grandchildren. She leaves two brothers, David DeJordy of Easthampton and John DeJordy of Florida; a sister, Debra Rienke of Westfield and many nieces and nephews. Besides her father, patricia was predeceased by a sister, Cheryl Giedrowicz. A Funeral Home Service will be held at 10:45am on Wednesday, February 4, 2026 in the Barry J. Farrell Funeral Home, 2049 Northampton Street. Calling hours will be held prior to the service from 9:00am to 10:45am. Burial will follow in Saint Jerome Cemetery, all in Holyoke. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations be made in memory of Patricia to the American Cancer Society, 30 Speen Street, #250, Framingham, MA 01701.
