Patricia A. (St. Jean) Hortie

Patricia Ann (St. Jean) Hortie, 85, of Chicopee, MA was called safely home on Tuesday, February 4, 2025. She was raised in Holyoke and graduated from Precious Blood High School. She worked at TRW Holyoke Wire and Cable and later worked at Ampad in Holyoke. She was predeceased by her loving husband, Robert L. Hortie, her sibling, Roberta Bennet and her parents Origene (Curly) and Irene St. Jean. She is survived by her four loving children, Sharon LeBlanc (Shawn), Mark Hortie (Kathy), Robert Hortie (Nena) and Laura Bergeron (Stephen). She leaves ten grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren; all of which held a special place in her heart. She also leaves her siblings, Lucille Sennett, Suzanne Counter and Edmond (Skip) St. Jean (Diane) and many nieces and nephews. The funeral will be held on Saturday February 15th at 9:30am from the Barry J. Farrell Funeral Home, 2049 Northampton Street, Holyoke, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00am in St. Rose de Lima Church, Aldenville. Burial will be held in St. Rose de Lima Cemetery.
