Richard E. Hartling

CHICOPEE- Richard E. Hartling passed away on February 2, 2023 surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Holyoke on June 23rd, 1967 to Russell and Sandra (Domurat) Hartling. He was educated in the Holyoke public schools and a 1985 graduate of Holyoke High School. He is survived by his wife of 27 years, Tami Hartling; three sons: Andrew Hartling, Ryan Hartling and his partner Kaitlyn Menard, Cameron Hartling; his granddaughter Haven who he greatly adored; his mother Sandra Hartling; his brother Ron Hartling, his sister Becky Yacubeck and her husband Steve; and his sister Melissa Halton and her husband Brendan. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his father, Russell Hartling. Rich loved sports and was an avid Tennessee Titans and Red Sox fan. Calling hours will be held on Thursday, February 9th from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the Barry J. Farrell Funeral Home, 2049 Northampton Street, Holyoke. No other services are scheduled at this time.
