CHICOPEE: Sandra (Thomas) Syphrit, age 83, passed away peacefully on October 15, 2024 at Mont Marie Health Care Center in Holyoke. Sandra was born in Albany, New York, a daughter of the late Richard and Reba (Prewett) Thomas. She worked in local mills for many years. Sandra is survived by a son, Ronald Mark Pelletier and his wife Julie; a beloved daughter-in-law, Patricia Pelletier; a sister, Patrice Carter, as well as many beloved grandchildren, greatgrandchildren, nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, Sandra was predeceased by a son, Donald William Pelletier. She was buried in the family plot in Poestenkill, NY. There are no other services at this time. The Barry J. Farrell Funeral Home in Holyoke is handling all services.
