My sincere condolences to the family.
Phil was a person I truly liked. He had a keen sense of humor, an affable manner, and a great love of music. I enjoyed so many wonderful conversations about music with him. He had an artist's respect for fine musicianship and conveyed that well.
He loved Holyoke and we had many nice talks about living in Holyoke in days of old as well as today.
He loved his family. Marsha was tops !
I shall always remember the many Christmas and Easter dinners at his home. They were so special ! What a joy !
